Villa Encanta has a lot to offer: a spacious house with stylish furnishings, a private pool, a sauna right inside an exotic garden, and a spacious terrace with views of the Teide volcano and the Atlantic Ocean. Wake up at dawn in a comfortable bed with an ocean view, take a dip in the heated pool, pick fresh papayas and avocados in the garden, and prepare lunch together in the spacious kitchen.
You can choose to climb the volcano or just relax on the beach, perhaps pamper yourself in the sauna in the evening, and at sunset grill freshly caught fish and taste local wine on the terrace while taking in a breathtaking view. 4 bedrooms with a double bed 200×180 cm with separate bathrooms and toilets. There is also a 200×90 cm sofa in one bedroom. Three bedrooms have spectacular ocean views right from the bed. Two south-facing bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning.

1 double-bed (200×180 cm) bedroom with a bathroom and a toilet. In the living room, it would be no problem to add an extra bed (2 persons) in the form of a sofa bed 200×140 cm or one cot can be arranged.
House furnishings, appliances and other equipment
Bathrooms: hairdryer, bath towels, towels, soap, shampoo, and basic toiletries. Fully equipped kitchen: microwave oven, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, blender, toaster, coffee machine with Nespresso coffee and tea. Internet: 800 Mbps – 1 Gbps connected by cable, WiFi 60 – 600 Mbps depending on the room. Common areas: TV (Netflix, etc.), Beoplay A9 speaker, and a safe. Outdoor equipment: grill, tools, umbrellas, sunbeds, outdoor dining table with chairs. Children: high chair at the dining table, cot, potty, toys.
Other shared equipment: washing machine, dryer, iron, board, printer with copier and scanner, first aid kit, and international games.
The entire house is operated on solar energy. The water is treated and drinkable.
The closest surroundings of the villa
Shops and cafes are just 1.2 km (3 min drive) away in Carr. Provincial, Sta Úrsula. The nearest town is Puerto de la Cruz (6.8 km, 12 min by car), where, among other things, you will also find the Loro Parque Zoo, considered one of the most beautiful and interesting zoos in Europe.
Within a short driving distance is the beautiful beach of Playa El Bollullo with black sand surrounded by cliffs (5.6 km, 13 min by car). With children, you can go to the easily accessible Playa del Soccoro beach (13 km, 15 min by car).
