The Garden House is a small house situated directly inside a large exotic garden. This house offers everything imaginable. It’s stylishly equipped and furnished, has a kitchen, boasts an indoor and outdoor dining room, and a bedroom with a bathroom.
Wake up to birdsongs and a view of the garden with palm trees and have breakfast together in the outdoor dining room. Relax in the gazebo overlooking the Teide volcano and the Atlantic Ocean. Travel around the island and relax in the garden sauna at the end of the day.
The Garden House is a great choice for both couples and families with one or two children. The Garden House is also ideal for increasing the overall capacity of Villa Encanta, whereby you can share with friends and family and together enjoy all that this magnificent space has to offer with absolute privacy.

Arrangement of bedrooms and bathrooms
1 double-bed (200×180 cm) bedroom with a bathroom and a toilet. In the living room, it would be no problem to add an extra bed (2 persons) in the form of a sofa bed 200×140 cm or one cot can be arranged.

Bathrooms: hairdryer, bath towels, towels, soap, shampoo, basic toiletries. Fully equipped kitchen: microwave oven, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, blender, toaster, coffee machine with Nespresso coffee and tea. Common areas: WiFi 300 Mbps throughout the house. Outdoor equipment: outdoor dining table with chairs. Outdoor shower. Children: high chair at the dining table, cot, potty, toys. The laundry room is in the main house in the basement accessible through the garage. The entire house is operated on solar energy. The water is treated and drinkable.
The closest surroundings of the villa
Shops and cafes are just 1.2 km (3 min drive) away in Carr. Provincial, Sta Úrsula. The nearest town is Puerto de la Cruz (6.8 km, 12 min by car), where, among other things, you will also find the Loro Parque Zoo, considered one of the most beautiful and interesting zoos in Europe.
Within a short driving distance is the beautiful beach of Playa El Bollullo with black sand surrounded by cliffs (5.6 km, 13 min by car). With children, you can go to the easily accessible Playa del Soccoro beach (13 km, 15 min by car).
